Around 80 experts from various universities and research institutions in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern met at the University of Rostock on December 4th 2023 for the first major networking event on the topic of "Research Data Management". The main aim of the meeting was to establish a joint state initiative to promote high-quality research data management as the basis for digital transformation.
Among the participants was Junior Professor Dr. Ulrike Henny-Krahmer, who presented the results of the Text+ cooperation project "Pessoa digital" during the accompanying poster session. The goal of this project is to integrate the existing digital edition "Digital Edition of Fernando Pessoa: Projects and Publications" into the infrastructure of the NFDI consortium Text+. This ensures that data related to the projects and publications of the Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa (1888–1935) are designed in accordance with the FAIR principles – findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable.
