Abstract:
Die digitale Edition WSRB widmet sich den ‚Künstliken Werltspröken‘ (WS) und dem ‚Schönen rimbökelin‘ (RB). Dabei handelt es sich um mittelniederdeutsche Spruchsammlungen, die im Zeitraum von ca. 1540 bis 1601 in Lübeck und später in Hamburg gedruckt worden sind. Der Vortrag präsentiert die WSRB-Edition und problematisiert insbesondere Fragen der Datenmodellierung, der Realisierung der zahlreichen Verknüpfungsstrukturen, des Publikationskonzepts und der technischen Umsetzung von Webportal, Buchausgabe und Forschungsdatenpublikation.
Short bios:
Hellmut Braun studied German Studies and History at the University of Rostock and is currently completing his doctorate in Medieval German Studies on Sangspruchdichtung and secular Latin lyric poetry of the twelfth century. Since March of this year, he has been employed at the University of Bayreuth in the project “Electronic Linked Annotated Unified Tablature Edition – The Lute in the German-Speaking Area 1450–1550 (E-LAUTE).”
Anne Gessing earned her Ph.D. from the University of Rostock with a dissertation on “German and Latin in the Language Use of Sebastian Brant” and has been working since 2022 as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Elke Brüggen in the Department of Medieval German Studies at the University of Bonn, currently on the DFG project “Dynamics of Power. The Impact of Courtly Elites on Forms of Domination in Medieval German Literature.”
Karsten Labahn studied history and philosophy at the University of Rostock and library and information science at Humboldt University in Berlin. Since 2011, he has been working at the University Library of Rostock in the areas of academic services, the digital library, and historical collections. His work lies at the intersection of the humanities, IT, cultural heritage preservation, and project management.
Robert Stephan studied Computer Science at the University of Rostock, with a focus on databases and information systems. He has worked at the University Library Rostock since 2007, where he is responsible for the institutional repository RosDok. As a software developer and member of the community, he contributes to the further development of the repository framework MyCoRe. In the context of various projects, he has developed several web portals related to the history of the University of Rostock and the Digital Humanities.
