The lecture series “Digital Humanities in Focus” will continue in the winter semester 2026/2027. Starting on 2 November, researchers from the University of Rostock as well as invited national and international guests will present their current work.

For Students
You can take the lecture series together with an accompanying course (exercise/seminar) as an elective module within a Master’s programme (6 ECTS, open to students from all disciplines). Students enrolled in the German teacher-training programme or the MA German Studies additionally have the option of attending the lecture series as a course within the modules “Profilbildung Linguistik und Literaturwissenschaft”, “Projekte Master Germanistik”, and “Konzeptionsmodul Master Germanistik”. Venue & Dates
The lectures take place on selected Mondays during the lecture period, starting at 17:15, in the Large Lecture Hall (2nd floor) of the Philologicum (Universitätsplatz 3, 18055 Rostock) and online via Zoom (password: 430211).
